Allies Commercial Realty Co-Founder Claudia Stephenson Joins Indiana University Indianapolis Leadership Panel on Women in Business8th April, 2026

Claudia Stephenson, Co-Founder and CMO of Allies Commercial Realty, was recently invited to speak at Indiana University Indianapolis as part of the “Her Seat at the Table” leadership panel, an event hosted by the Future Business Leaders of America and Women in Business at IU Indianapolis. The panel brought together accomplished women from across Indianapolis to share their leadership journeys and professional insights with the next generation of business leaders.

The discussion centered on themes of confidence, resilience, self-advocacy, and navigating unconventional paths to success. Organized by Sydney Hayes and Alabhya P., the event opened with remarks from Latha Ramchand and created space for honest, experience-driven conversations about leadership and personal growth.

During the panel, Claudia shared her perspective on authenticity in leadership, emphasizing that emotional intelligence and humanity are not weaknesses in business; they are strengths. In the world of Indianapolis commercial real estate, where relationships and trust are at the center of every transaction, authenticity can be a meaningful competitive advantage. Drawing on her experience building Allies Commercial Realty, Claudia offered students a practical, transparent look at what leadership looks like behind the scenes.

Claudia joined an accomplished panel of Indianapolis professionals, including Carla J. Billups of Carla Inspires, Kathryn Haigh of the Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art, Hallie Patel of SPatelProductions, and Deana Haworth of Hirons Marketing & Communications. Together, the panelists shared diverse perspectives grounded in real-world experience, encouraging students to lead with confidence and purpose.

At Allies Commercial Realty, community engagement is an extension of the firm’s work in Indianapolis commercial real estate. Investing in the next generation of business professionals is part of the company’s long-term commitment to strengthening the local business community and supporting future leaders.

The student organizations behind the event shared their appreciation for the panelists’ willingness to invest time and insight into empowering students, calling the conversation both impactful and inspiring.
