Claudia Stephenson boasts over two decades of expertise in the world of marketing & brand development. Hailing from Brazil, her journey began in the vibrant heart of Rio, where she wielded her talents as an Art Director for multiple international ad agencies after securing a degree in Industrial Design and an MBA. Her pursuit of excellence took her to the U.S. in 2005, where she further honed her craft by earning a master’s in media arts from The Art Institute of Chicago. For over a decade, Claudia worked as the Creative Director for a prominent Massachusetts consumer goods company, designing and developing multi-million-dollar brands and collaborating with retail giants like Walmart, Target, and Costco in the U.S. and International markets. In 2015, her entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish a niche Branding & Design venture specializing in packaging and web design. By 2022, she teamed up with her husband, Adam Stephenson, to steer Allies CRE as their CMO/COO. Under her leadership, Allies underwent a transformative rebranding and adopted cutting-edge marketing strategies, solidifying its reputation as an industry trailblazer.
