We proudly introduce Adam Stephenson, the President-Elect for the Indiana CCIM chapter, in 2024. Over its 50-year history, the CCIM Institute has educated real estate specialists worldwide. Adam also holds the distinguished position of owner and principal at our esteemed Indianapolis-based commercial real estate brokerage firm, Allies Commercial Realty. He boasts a seasoned professional background, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Adam is a staunch believer in continuous learning with a remarkable career trajectory, from broker to senior associate, encompassing successful tenures in multiple commercial real estate companies. He epitomizes expertise in the field with over nine years of experience in the industry and having been involved in over 150 transactions valued at over $85 million.
