The conference featured four accomplished speakers. Jill Donovan, CEO of Rustic Cuff, captivated the audience by sharing her inspiring journey from attorney to entrepreneur and the transformative power of kindness. Her book, The Kindness Effect, served as a takeaway for all attendees.
Indiana Fever President Allison Barber delivered a wonderful talk about “Daring to Say Yes,” drawing from her diverse career in education, government, and business. She emphasized the importance of building brands and impacting lives, motivating listeners to lead with purpose.
Jess Gendron, President and CEO of The Center for Leadership Excellence, shed light on how women can empower themselves by advocating for their goals and careers. She highlighted how crucial this skill is for women to shape their desired future.
Karen Mangia, President and CSO of The Engineered Innovation Group, concluded with practical strategies for a regret-free life. Her interactive session focused on how to release burdensome obligations and embrace fulfilling opportunities.
