We’re thrilled to announce the official launch of CREwithMe, our new Jr. Broker Program designed to train and empower the next generation of commercial real estate professionals.
Our launch tour took us to career fairs at Notre Dame, IU Indianapolis, and IU Bloomington, where we connected with an incredible group of students ready to take their first step into the world of CRE. The enthusiasm, curiosity, and professionalism we encountered were nothing short of inspiring. From sharp questions about deal-making and client relationships to conversations about career paths and mentorship, it was clear that the future of our commercial real estate industry is in capable hands.
Beyond engaging with aspiring brokers, our team had the opportunity to meet with fellow industry professionals and educational partners, fostering meaningful relationships and exploring new ways to bridge classroom learning with real-world experience.
The response has been overwhelming. We welcomed a wave of promising new candidates eager to join our next CREwithMe cohort, and we couldn’t be more excited to see their journey unfold.
CREwithMe is more than a program; it’s a launching pad for future brokers to learn, connect, and grow in an environment that’s as practical as it is inspiring.
