His expertise is most pronounced in the industrial segment of commercial real estate, where he skillfully represents tenants in lease negotiations and assists clients in the strategic acquisition and disposition of industrial assets throughout Central Indiana.
Adam's passion for real estate led him to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Business Management at Indiana University – Indianapolis. This educational background provided the foundation for his remarkable career. Furthermore, his dedication to continuous learning led him to achieve the prestigious CCIM designation—a mark of distinction in the commercial real estate industry.
While his achievements are undeniably impressive, it's Adam's dedication to understanding his clients' unique needs and fostering lasting relationships that truly sets him apart. His expertise is complemented by his unwavering commitment to providing tailored solutions and achieving exceptional results for his clients.
Claudia Stephenson brings over two decades of marketing and brand development experience to the table. Originating from Brazil, she kickstarted her career in Rio as an Art Director for various international Ad agencies after completing her degrees in Industrial Design and MBA.
In 2005, she ventured to the U.S., enhancing her skills with a master’s in Media Arts from The Art Institute of Chicago. For more than ten years, Claudia served as the Creative Director for a renowned Massachusetts consumer goods company. Here, she crafted and managed multi-million-dollar brands, collaborating with major retailers such as Walmart, Target, and Costco across the U.S. and global markets.
In 2015, Claudia established a specialized Branding & Design firm, focusing on packaging and web design.
By 2022, she partnered with her husband, Adam Stephenson, at Allies CRE, taking on the role of CMO. Claudia's leadership spearheaded a transformative rebranding effort and implemented innovative marketing strategies, repositioning Allies CRE's as an industry leader.
Meet Kyleene Vaughn, a seasoned professional with over 26 years of expertise in the dynamic realms of Real Estate and Mortgage. With a rich background spanning from Real Estate Title searching to Mortgage Loan Processing, her journey has evolved through roles such as Residential Real Estate Transaction Coordinator and Mortgage Loan Delivery Analyst. Currently thriving as the Commercial Real Estate Transaction Coordinator and Operations Manager at Allies Commercial Realty, Kyleene's adeptness shines in orchestrating intricate transactions. Beyond her professional pursuits, Kyleene's passion for music across genres harmonizes with her love for live bands, autumnal county festivals, and seaside escapes, painting a vibrant portrait of her diverse interests.
Jake Hutcheson serves as the Marketing & Design Manager, drawing from a rich 8-year background in the design domain. Throughout his journey, Jake has meticulously sharpened his skills, leaving his mark on a myriad of groundbreaking campaigns and design initiatives. Beyond his professional pursuits, Jake harbors a deep love for adventures beyond the office. A passionate traveler at heart, he's always eager to discover new places and savor the world's diverse culinary treasures. Whether crafting a novel marketing strategy or chasing after the next delectable bite, Jake's commitment to creativity remains unwavering.
Mitchell Ayers serves as a Broker at Allies Commercial Realty, specializing in industrial and office spaces throughout Indianapolis. Under the guidance of Adam Stephenson, the Principal/CEO of Allies Commercial Realty, Mitchell is refining his skills and expertise in the field. An alumnus of Indiana Wesleyan University, he holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and political science. During his tenure at the university, Mitchell demonstrated his athletic commitment as a key member of the baseball team for four years. With a robust educational background and a keen drive, Mitchell is set to make significant strides in the dynamic world of commercial real estate.
Daniel Santana serves as a Broker at Allies Commercial Realty. He brings with him six years of experience in retail property management and leasing, with an additional 10 years of experience as the owner of a multi-unit retail chain. His focus is on identifying and securing new opportunities in retail, office, and industrial spaces across Central Indiana. He is also responsible for supporting clients throughout the entire deal journey, ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish. Daniel's professional approach emphasizes fostering strong, long-term relationships with clients, while understanding their specific business needs. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife, Brooke, and their son, Andrew.
