Allies Commercial Realty Partners with the IU Kelley School of Business to Shape the Next Generation of Business Leaders

Allies Commercial Realty Partners with the IU Kelley School of Business to Shape the Next Generation of Business Leaders8th Mar, 2026

A full-circle moment for our team and an exciting opportunity to invest in the future of business education in Indiana.

Indianapolis, IN — Allies Commercial Realty is proud to announce that our firm has been selected as the real-world business case for approximately 80 Indiana University Kelley School of Business students this semester through Kelley’s prestigious I-Core program. This recognition places Allies Commercial Realty among an elite group of Indiana businesses chosen to support one of the country’s most respected business curricula.

I-Core is the Kelley School’s integrated core curriculum, where students apply strategy, marketing, finance, and operations concepts to an active company operating in the real world. This semester, the company is Allies Commercial Realty, one of Indianapolis’s leading commercial real estate brokerages specializing in industrial, office, and retail property transactions across Indiana.

For our Principal Broker, Adam Stephenson, SIOR, CCIM, this collaboration carries deep personal significance. Adam is a proud Kelley alumnus who completed his own I-Core project in the early 2000s and continues to draw on those foundational business lessons in his work at Allies today. More than two decades later, Adam and Claudia Stephenson had the honor of presenting Allies Commercial to those same classrooms, this time as the subject of study rather than the student in the seat. It was a genuinely meaningful full-circle moment for our entire team.

The Kelley students were engaged, curious, and asked sharp questions about our commercial real estate brokerage model, our Indiana market expertise, and the factors that differentiate Allies in a competitive landscape. As a firm rooted in Indianapolis commercial real estate, we are already looking forward to the strategic insights and fresh perspectives these students will bring throughout the semester.

A heartfelt thank you to Kelley faculty members Danette Cagnet, MBA, EdD, and J. Mark Mayer, Ph.D., for the invitation and for creating hands-on, experiential learning opportunities that bridge academic theory with real business practice. Partnerships like this one strengthen Indiana’s business community and reinforce why the Kelley School of Business consistently ranks among the top business programs in the United States.

At Allies, community investment is central to who we are as an Indianapolis commercial real estate firm. We are proud to give back to the institution that helped shape our leadership, and we look forward to sharing what these talented students bring to the table.

Stay connected for updates on our team, our community partnerships, and everything we are building at Allies Commercial Realty.
