The award, presented by the CCIM Institute’s Indiana Chapter, celebrates their outstanding achievement in closing the sale of a 45,000 SF industrial property in Lebanon, IN, valued at $5,050,000.
This milestone transaction involved the strategic acquisition of an industrial building on behalf of an electrical supply client seeking expansion in the Lebanon industrial submarket. Adam and Mitchell’s market expertise and negotiation skills were instrumental in securing this successful outcome.
The award was presented during the CCIM Indiana Chapter Year-End Holiday Event at The HC Tavern + Kitchen in Fishers, IN. Adam, serving as the 2024 CCIM Indiana Chapter President, hosted the event, while Mitchell attended as a distinguished CCIM designee. The evening was a remarkable celebration of professional excellence and collaboration among CCIM members across the state.
