Multi-Family Real Estate Broker – Division Development

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Multi-Family Real Estate Broker to join our team and take the lead in developing the Multi-Family division at Allies Commercial Real Estate. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the real estate industry, specifically in multi-family properties, and will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Division Development: Spearhead the establishment and growth of the Multi-Family division within Allies Commercial Real Estate.
  2. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities, trends, and areas for growth in the multi-family real estate sector.
  3. Client Acquisition: Proactively seek and engage with clients interested in multi-family real estate investments. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, investors, and other key stakeholders.
  4. Listing and Sales: Oversee the listing, marketing, and sale of multi-family properties. Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the buying and selling process.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and teams within the organization to leverage resources and ensure seamless collaboration.
  6. Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms, contracts, and agreements to achieve optimal outcomes for clients and the company.
  7.  Market Positioning: Develop and implement strategies to position Allies Commercial Real Estate as a leader in the multi-family real estate market.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven track record as a Real Estate Broker with a focus on multi-family properties.
  2. Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market, especially in the multi-family sector.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  5. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  6. Knowledge of local and regional real estate regulations and trends.
  7. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
