Transaction Coordinator (Full-time)
Reports To
The Transaction Coordinator will report directly to the Managing Director of Allies Commercial Realty.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Transaction Coordinator to play a pivotal role in this exciting new phase of growth. The Transaction Coordinator is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the Managing Director.
Specific Responsibilities
- Maximize the effectiveness of the Managing Director
- Generate company email campaigns through MailChimp
- Prepare property survey’s and update online listing details
- Take marketing photos for new listings
- Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Manage proprietary databases, along with handling market research related projects
- Prepare and submit invoices for closed transactions
- Interact with customers and strategic partners on an as-needed basis
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Flexible, organized, and able to deal diplomatically and collaboratively
- Must be efficient with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc..)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- College degree preferred or minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role
- CRM related experience, specifically HubSpot and MailChimp
Compensation
Transaction Coordinator will earn a competitive hourly rate based upon experience, plus a quarterly bonus based on performance and health insurance.
This will be a full-time position working M-F 9 AM to 5 PM. This will be an in-office position.
