Property Acquisition

GRNE Solar, a fast-growing solar panel installation contractor, was leasing a facility in the Fountain Square area. The company had outgrown its current space and turned to Adam and his team for guidance in acquiring a new facility. The goal for GRNE was to acquire an asset so that it could build long-term equity through real estate ownership.

Testimonial

“Adam helped us evaluate the Central Indiana real estate market and ultimately helped us identify a foreclosed bank owned asset that we were able to acquire for a really great price. On top of identifying the property, Adam helped us navigate through the Due Diligence process and was able to get us to closing with relatively few challenges. He helped us save a lot of time and money throughout the process and I was able to keep my team focused on running the day-to-day business.
– Eric Peterman, CEO

Case Study

GRNE Solar

This property acquisition began with a phone call between Adam Stephenson and Eric Peterman, CEO of GRNE Solar, who is based in Chicago. On this call, Adam was able to gain understanding of GRNE Solar’s business operations and identify its real estate needs. Adam put together a thorough search to identify properties that met the growing company’s needs. With the help of the local GRNE team, Adam was able to set up virtual tours of properties to give GRNE’s Executive Team the ability to engage in the search process. Together, Adam and GRNE found a property that best fit their needs and put a strategy in place to acquire the asset.
