Associate Broker (Full-time)

Reports To
The Associate Broker will report directly to the Managing Director of Allies Commercial Realty

Job Overview
Allies Commercial Realty is a commercial real estate firm focused on servicing companies with their
commercial real estate related needs. The Associate Broker is responsible for completing a
variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the Managing Director.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Maximize the effectiveness of the Managing Director
  • Generate company email campaigns through Mailchimp
  • Prepare property survey’s and update online listing details
  • Take marketing photos for new listings
  • Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Manage proprietary databases, along with handling market research related projects
  • Prepare and submit invoices for closed transactions
  • Send contracts and proposals via DocuSign
  • Interact with customers and strategic partners on an as-needed basis

Qualifications

  • A 4-year college degree is required
  • Desire and interest in Commercial Real Estate
  • Excellent oral & written skills, along with a strong attention to detail
  • Professional and team-oriented
  • A high level of proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    and internet- application software is required along with a willingness and ability to learn
    new software programs
  • Ability to effectively network, to make and keep relationships in the market
  • Provide efficient, reliable and courteous service to our clients
  • A fun, outgoing personality with a can-do attitude

Compensation
Associate broker will earn a competitive commission rate and can expect to earn between $50,000 –
$70,000 in their first year, which will be based on their performance.

This will be a full-time position working M-F 8 AM to 5 PM. This will be both an in-office and field
sales position.
